3. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords.
Any activity performed through a customer's account shall be considered the responsibility of the account owner.
4. Payments and Renewals
All services must be paid for in advance.
Customers are responsible for renewing their services before the due date. Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
India Hostify reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing customers will be notified of any applicable changes before renewal.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam or Bulk Email Sending
- Phishing Websites
- Malware Distribution
- Hacking or Unauthorized Access Attempts
- Fraudulent Activities
- Copyright Infringement
- Illegal Content
- Adult or Pornographic Content
- Pirated Software Distribution
- Cracked Scripts or Applications
- Scam or Deceptive Websites
- Cryptocurrency Mining on Shared Hosting
Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
6. Resource Usage
Shared Hosting accounts must use server resources responsibly.
Customers may not use excessive CPU, RAM, disk space, bandwidth, or other resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users on the server.
India Hostify reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts causing excessive resource usage.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
India Hostify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in illegal activities
- Threatens server security or performance
- Causes harm to other customers or services
No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
8. Data Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
While India Hostify may perform periodic backups, we do not guarantee the availability or restoration of any backup data.
India Hostify shall not be responsible for any loss of data.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Only eligible first-time customers purchasing a one-month Shared Hosting plan may qualify for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
10. Service Availability
India Hostify strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, hardware failures, network issues, or events beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
India Hostify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Customers use our services at their own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
India Hostify reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
