7-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee is available only for first-time customers who purchase a Shared Hosting plan for a period of one month.
Customers who are not satisfied with our Shared Hosting service may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The customer must be a first-time customer of India Hostify.
- The hosting plan must be a Shared Hosting plan.
- The service must be purchased for a one-month billing cycle.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Existing or returning customers.
- Hosting plans purchased for 1 year or longer billing cycles.
- Domain Registration and Domain Renewals.
- SSL Certificates.
- Setup Fees.
- Custom Services.
- Third-Party Software Licenses.
- Services already suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
Account Suspension & Abuse
No refund will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to:
- Spam Activities
- Phishing
- Malware Distribution
- Illegal Content
- Copyright Infringement
- Hacking Attempts
- Fraudulent Activities
- Any activity that violates our Terms of Service
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used during the purchase.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their hosting service at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, all hosted data may be permanently removed from our servers.
